MBTP is a major player in the construction sector in the Republic of the Congo. MBTP was established as a family business in 1985, and was taken over by Codimex Group in 2010, after which MBTP has grown exponentially and became an established and recognized name within the construction sector in the Republic of the Congo. Since 2015 MBTP has expanded its activities to Ivory Coast, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, and soon to Cameroon. The company’s strength lies in its professionalism, business knowledge and its ability to take charge of projects from design to implementation.
MBTP has gained considerable experience in building residential and administrative buildings, luxury villas, as well as execution of road, airport, water treatment and bridge infrastructure projects. The core of MBTP is its dedicated team of 900 employees, both local and expats, who are continuously improving their profession and thus always comply with the international standards. Our special team of engineers dedicated to project design, allows MBTP to create added value for its customers in the design and implementation of all types of projects.
MBTP’s main aspects of differentiation are the variety and diversification of its services, its large collection of heavy machinery for construction including on-site repair and maintenance facilities, various warehouses, as well as the provision of its two concrete plants, all located on its two operational bases: Brazzaville (78,000 m²) and Pointe-Noire (83,000 m²).
